Advisory, priced on its own terms
Advisory mandates are hands-on engagements where a senior team works alongside you for months. They are priced separately from our off-the-shelf services — a readiness fee, a monthly retainer, and a success fee capped at 2% on completion.
Readiness fee
A one-off fee to scope the mandate and prepare the business — quoted as a range and confirmed at scoping.
Monthly retainer
A monthly fee for the senior team working your mandate over its duration.
Success fee — capped at 2%
Payable only on completion, and never more than 2% — materially below the 4–5% a Colombo corporate-finance house typically charges.

Capital Raise Advisory
A senior team runs your equity or growth-capital raise end to end — targeting, materials, investor process and negotiation.

All advisory fees are indicative and subject to scope. Final fees are set out in a written engagement letter agreed before any work begins. The success fee, where it applies, is payable only on completion and is capped at 2% of the amount raised or transacted.
